Both these recipes only need ONE-STEP. Yes, you heard me right! ONE-STEP!!! Not only that, they use no actual cheese and are 100% vegan and guilt-free! Yay!

材料 INGREDIENTS 材料


1杯 原味生腰果

4茶匙 营养酵母

1茶匙 大蒜粉

1茶匙 盐

1/2茶匙 黑胡椒

1 cup raw unsalted cashew

4 tablespoons nutritional yeast

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


步骤 DIRECTIONS 步骤




STEP 1: 

把所有的材料混合在食物处理机或者搅拌机里,搅拌至均匀。

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until well mixed and incorporated.

STEP 2: 
开吃啦!!记得要保存在密封容器里喔~

ENJOY!! Store in an airtight container.

1杯 原味生腰果,用水泡3个小时备用
1茶匙 营养酵母
1茶匙 中性油
1茶匙 盐
1茶匙 柠檬汁(可加可不加)


1 cup raw unsalted cashew, soaked in water for 3 hours

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

1 tablespoon neutral oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

STEP 1:

把所有的材料混合在食物处理机或者搅拌机里,搅拌至均匀顺滑。

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

STEP 2:

开吃!!
